TapPerk is an iPhone app that suggests which of your credit cards is likely to earn the most at a given store, based on the cards and offers you add or connect. Using it means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use the app.
You are responsible for your own spending decisions and for meeting any offer requirements — including activation and minimum spend.
You sign in with Apple. Keep your device and Apple Account secure; activity through your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, which erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated bulk access, interference with the service or other users, or use in violation of law or of your issuer's terms.
Offers, cards, spend entries, connected email and photos you submit remain yours. You grant TapPerk permission to process them solely to operate the service for you. Offer shapes may be anonymized and aggregated to tell other cardholders of the same product that a similar offer exists — never your identity, your balances, or your spending.
TapPerk may earn a commission if you apply for a card through a link in the app. Recommendations are ranked by the math of your own cards and offers, not by commissions, and the app will tell you when no new card beats the ones you already hold.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapPerk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed rewards, declined offers, fees, interest, or credit-score effects arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using TapPerk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
